Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are eligible only within 5 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final.

2. 3-Month SalesProcess Software Access and Automatic Renewal

Your Black Friday purchase includes a 3-month access to our software, SalesProcess.

After the initial 3-month period, your subscription will automatically renew at $97 per month unless canceled prior to the end of the free access period. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription if you do not wish to continue after the initial 3 months. Fees charged post-renewal are non-refundable.

3. Process to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@salesprocess.com with the subject line “Refund Request – Black Friday Offer” and include:

- Email address used to make the purchase. Reason for refund request.

- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the status.

4. Agreement Not to Initiate Payment Disputes

By making this purchase, you agree to abide by our refund policy and acknowledge that all post-trial subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to contact our support team directly for any issues with the service, as initiating a dispute with our payment processor may result in restricted access to future offers.

Disputing a charge that falls outside the eligibility for refund as outlined in this policy is considered a violation of this agreement.
