You have just signed up for the most powerful marketing automation software on the planet. Which is awesome, and also a little bit like getting a piece of alien technology.

Because of this, there are several important onboarding instructions we need to give you, so please read the entire page...

Step #1 - THE KEYS TO THE EMPIRE

First things first... your login credentials.

  • Check your email. Click ALL MAIL (including spam).

  • Make sure you see an email that says "Account Created | SalesProcess"

  • That will have your user name and password in it to log into your account at app.salesprocess.com.

IF YOU DO NOT SEE IT, please message us at support@salesprocess.com immediately. It most likely means you typed your email wrong in the order form.

*For some reason, if you got locked out, reset your password. Check your spam folder if somehow you don’t see it in your inbox.

Step #2 - THE BORING STUFF 

We are currently giving out over $10,000+ in cash prizes just for watching and commenting on my videos so be sure you are subscribed!

We got to admit, this isn’t going to be all that exciting. Before we can get into the good stuff, we got to handle the initial setup. (yawn!)

  • In order to take advantage of the powerful nature of SalesProcess, you're going to need a few things. A domain name and an SMTP (tech jargon for the email service provider).

  • We have customer support live chat and knowledge-based videos to answer any questions you may have.

STEP 3:

Once you're logged in, let's take note of a few important places you'll need to access RIGHT AWAY.

  • If you need any help or tutorials, you can access our “Help Library” at the top right of the dashboard. There are literally over 300+ videos from our top questions asked that documents step by step every major question we’ve ever been asked.

  • On Mondays through Fridays from 6 am - 9 pm PST there's also a little live chat widget that gets you to a human. That's our live chat.

  • If you need to update your billing, that's on the left-hand side too, where it says COMPANY BILLING.

  • We also have a FREE Facebook group with the community where we often give announcements and updates as well. Join here.
